Fee Policy
Private pay fees vary depending on the nature of the services.
I accept BlueCross/BlueShield, ValueOptions, and also United Behavioral Health (Optum); you are responsible for any co-pay or co-insurance as per your policy.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card (Discover, Master Card and Visa). There is a 3% administrative fee for credit card payments. Clients are expected to pay for services in full at the time of their appointment.
There is a substantial fee for returned checks ($30 for each incident).
If you are with a different insurance provider, I am happy to provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note, in accordance with laws regarding insurance fraud, clients who submit receipts for reimbursement are not eligible for reduced or discounted fees.
I am a provider for the Texas Workforce Commission’s Disability and Rehabilitative Services. TWC clients must obtain approval from their vocational counselor and a purchase order must be issued, before scheduling an appointment.
